Booking
Dates are confirmed upon acceptance of a signed agreement and receipt of an advance payment. Package inclusions and coverage hours are as agreed at the time of booking.
Delivery
Edited photographs are typically delivered within the timeframe agreed for each package. Cinematic videos may take longer.
Cancellation
Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted against a rescheduled date, subject to availability.
Copyright
All photographs remain the copyright of Visu Photography. Clients receive full personal usage rights. Commercial re-use requires written permission.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control.
